- User Name must be 4-20 characters long
- Password must be 8-20 characters long
- Enter company contact name
- Enter name on card
- Enter validation number (CVV code)
- Select submit
- Complete acknowledgment
- Select and respond to 2 security questions
- Once your account has been created, an email will be sent to you providing you with a confirmation code to access the website
